## Description

Ascot Fire Station requires investment to increase and improve its sleeping accommodation to meet Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service \(RBFRS\) Dignified Workplace Standards\. The Authority has a requirement for a multi-disciplinary consultancy professional service to scope, plan and deliver the project to the required standard\. The services provided by the multi-disciplinary team will support the Authority with the improvement project to deliver, so far as is reasonably practicable, a fully compliant, fit for purpose facility\. The Auhtority direct awarded the contract utilising London Housing Consortium \(LHC\) - Lot 9 Project Managers
