## Description

ITEP0830 - Tunnels Remediation Programme Phase 2 This second phase of the TRP is time critical to bring together the elements of the programme to demonstrate a plan to achieving NIS Regulation compliance \(in accordance with the agreed risk posture\) by June 2024 and the Outline Business Case \(OBC\) to support the implementation of remediation activities by October 2024\. In parallel with these activities is necessary to proceed to the detailed design of the Target Operating Model \(TOM\) and to define and carry out a number of activities to ready the organisation for the implementation phase of TRP\.
