Advocacy Services

Thurrock Council is seeking a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations to support and empower individuals.

The services to be provided are: o Care Act Advocacy (CAA) o Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). o Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS) o Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) - (including Paid Relevant Person Representative)

This contract is for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further two years, in one year increments.

Additional information: Tenders must be submitted through the In-Tend portal.

Please note the estimated contract value includes the two year extension option (i.e. the estimated contract value applies to the total five year contract).
