## Description

Thurrock Council is seeking a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations to support and empower individuals\. The services to be provided are: o Care Act Advocacy \(CAA\) o Independent Mental Health Advocacy \(IMHA\)\. o Independent Complaints Advocacy Services \(ICAS\) o Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy \(IMCA\) - \(including Paid Relevant Person Representative\) This contract is for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further two years, in one year increments\. Additional information: Tenders must be submitted through the In-Tend portal\. Please note the estimated contract value includes the two year extension option \(i\.e\. the estimated contract value applies to the total five year contract\)\.
