## Description

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust \(the Contracting Authority\) has a requirement for a Design and Build contractor for the reconfiguration of the Emergency Department at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston\. In May 2021 United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust undertook a two-stage design and build procurement process to select a contractor for the design and construction of the Emergency Department at Boston Pilgrim Hospital\. The design was only developed to RIBA Stage 1 when issued to tender\. Following a further competition and evaluation, stage 1 \(Design\) was awarded to John Graham Construction Ltd and published on Contracts finder on the 30th July 2021 under Reference - NHSULH-DN554979-66949408\. United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust are now issuing the contracts finder notice for stage 2 \(Construction phase\)\.
