## Description

HMP Preston - Replacement Handrails BPRN: 587/23/9670 \[Constructor\] This is a two-stage Design and Build Contract for construction works under the PPC2000 \(amended 2008\) Form of Contract\. The first stage of the contract is for pre-construction services and the second stage for construction works\. The works cover the removal of existing landing and stair railings and replacement with new extended height structural railings, laterally restrained with additional support and tie structures\.
