## Description

Suffolk County Council are direct awarding their vehicle hire portal contract using the YPO Vehicle Hire, Lease and Purchase Portal Framework\. Reference number 1092 - LOT 1 Contract will commence on the 1 February 2025 and expire on the 31 January 2027\. The contract will have the ability to be extended up to a further two \(2\) years to expire at the latest 31 January 2029\. Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT\. The advertised value including any extension is between £249,824 - £494,648 exclusive of VAT\.
