Supporting engagement and evaluation of IRUS, JUSP and LSM

Description

Jisc have made a direct award within Lot 6 of Jisc's Resarch and Development Framework, for a project to find out how the institutional users (typically librarians) perceive the IRUS, JSUP and LSM services, what they like about them and what problems they encounter when using them. Also JSL hopes to identify potential issues with specific functional areas of the service, or new features, so that they can be considered in the future design.
