Provision of Market Research for The Disclosure and Barring Service

The Authority has a requirement for on-going research services to deliver corporate internal and external surveys, as well as project and area specific research, for example, research to inform new product development, market sizing and targeted improvement of specific services or Customer Touch-points. The Authority also requires delivery of a working research programme document to scope, cost and present the programme of research for planning, governance and senior leadership visibility purposes.
