A new contractor \(Causeway Technologies Limited - Registered Company Number: 03921897\) replaces the one to which the contracting authority had initially awarded the contract \(Yotta Limited\)\. Yotta Limited has transferred all of its rights, obligations and liabilities under the Contract to Causeway Technologies Limited as part of the business transfer\. A Deed of Novation to G Cloud 12 Call-Off Contract for Highways & Street-Lighting Asset Management System has been executed by both parties\.
