MMO have carried out Discovery (including user research) and Alpha on the following areas

Streamlining Gateway Reviews Providing additional transparency for applicants Checking whether applicants are exempt from requiring a licence Monitoring/Inspections

The supplier will work with the product owners at MMO to realise the findings from the user research through enhancements to the MCMS application. The supplier shall also work with the MMO to implement functionality to support compliance with GDPR
