MMO have carried out Discovery \(including user research\) and Alpha on the following areas Streamlining Gateway Reviews Providing additional transparency for applicants Checking whether applicants are exempt from requiring a licence Monitoring/Inspections The supplier will work with the product owners at MMO to realise the findings from the user research through enhancements to the MCMS application\.
