GB-Basildon: Appointment of a Planning Consultant and an Air Quality Consultant to act as Professional Witnesses for Public Inquiries

To act as a professional planning witness for BBC at public inquiries. This will involve, but not be limited to, attending meetings (including pre-inquiry meetings), case conferences, drafting of statements, drafting of proofs of evidence and written advice, attendance at the public inquiry as BBC's chief witness in respect of planning matters and any other related matters.
