## Description

This invitation to tender relates to the existing Epsom & Ewell owned site at 70 East Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 1HB, which provides an opportunity to relocate the council offices to be fit for a future modern workplace\. East Street would provide 60% of the existing Civic Office's space so a transition to more flexible and hybrid working will be crucial to a successful relocation\.
