Undertake a discovery into retrofit data to gain an understanding of the current state of data for housing retrofit. - what data do retrofit stakeholders currently use and what problems and limitations do stakeholders find with retrofit data - what are the gaps between what data is available and what is required and what are the barriers to obtaining this (e.g. commercial, technical) Part 2: The second part is to: - develop ideas for how data related user challenges may be solved, including approaches to filling gaps in data - creating a set of use cases that show the value in solving these challenges and the opportunities for innovation and scaling up of retrofit developing a roadmap of interventions
