e-ITT for the provision of: The works to build two Public Conveniences and the ancillary external works at Old Milton Road, New Milton, and Bath Road, Lymington.

Invitation to Tender (eITT) for the supply of: Public conveniences and the ancillary external works. Project Reference No. 432 Old Milton Road PC Project Reference No. 442 Bath Road PC

The council is looking to replace two Public Conveniences. One is within the Recreation Ground in Old Milton Road, New Milton, and the other is in Lymington, Bath Road, close to the Town Sailing Club and the Life boat Station. The Public Convenience in New Milton will be over the existing footprint and foundations, and will contain unisex units, family units (baby change) and a Changing Place / Accessible unit. The works include the improvement of the surrounding area of the building, its access and a clock tower on the top of the building. The proposal for the Public Convenience in Lymington will lie in a different footprint, with the main axis rotated facing the access to the car park. It will provide unisex units, family units (baby change), a full size Changing Place / Accessible, and two showers units. The works include the external works around the building.
