## Description

Broadland Housing Association \(BHA\) is a social landlord having approximately 5,000 properties in Norfolk and North Suffolk\. BHA has a requirement to enter into a contract for the supply of domestic appliances for individual dwellings and carry out reactive repairs as and when required\. BHA estimate that in 2016/17 the group will need to replace approximately 40 appliances\. This is currently subject to confirmation\.
