A Comprehensive Lift & Access Equipment Maintenance/Repair Contract

The contract is for the preventative and remedial repair of the passenger lifts and access equipment within Wokingham Borough Council sheltered and special needs housing scheme property portfolio. The successful contractor will be required to carry out regular servicing of each unit in accordance with the contract specifications. The lift portfolio consists of 12 units within 6 individual sheltered housing Schemes and a number of domestic stair-lifts and disability access installations.
