The Surrey PPM methodology, also referred to as The Surrey Way, is available to all staff but we need key colleagues to recognise the importance, value and accessibility of the methodology when delivering programmes and projects of various sizes, including the adaptability of tools and techniques. Key roles include Accountable Executives, Senior Responsible Owners, Programme Managers and Project Managers.
