GB-London: GB Lewisham Homes Ltd - Lifts Installation, Repairs, Service and Maintenance Services (Passenger and Mobility Lifts)

Description

Procurement of a provider who can provide comprehensive lift installation, repairs, service and maintenance services for its residents. The contract will commence on the 1st August 2022 with a initial contract period of 5 years. The contract has the provision to extend for a further five years beyond the initial contract period. The services required are vital in order to enable LHL to meet its statutory responsibilities and strategic corporate objectives. This contract provides comprehensive repairs, service and maintenance of passengers and mobility lifts for all of LHL's property portfolio. The successful contractor must also be able to deliver capital work for the installation of lifts.
