Work description

NEL Commissioning Support Unit ("NEL CSU") on behalf of Greenwich CCG ("The Authority"), has awarded the contract to deliver the South East London Transforming Care Partnership ("SEL TCP").

Nationally, there has been an increasing need to help build the right support for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Thus, the Authority required a provider to help assist on the SEL TCP. The core responsibility of the provider will be to set up and run the Transforming Care Forum and accumulate relevant information such as views on inpatient units and mainstream health and care services.

The SEL TCP required support for two years, from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019.

The value of this contract is a maximum of £40,000 (Ex VAT) over the two year contract duration. Any additional services which may be required in excess of the core service specification will be optional (commissioned at the sole discretion of the Authority), will be charged via a day rate and will have a maximum total value of £20,000 (Ex VAT). Therefore, the maximum contract value will be £60,000 (Ex VAT).

The service was commissioned via an open procurement process. The ITT was live from 20th January to 8th February 2017 via the ProContract e-tendering portal. All submissions were evaluated using the scoring criteria which was contained within the ITT Letter.
