Work description
Leicestershire County Council invites Quotations for the provision of Property Flood Resilience measures to 36 residential properties in Swithland Leicestershire. The total budget for the works and therefore the contract is £320,000 for: Design, construction, commissioning, and handover of Property Flood Resilience measures to 36 residential properties in Swithland, Leicestershire. This includes: • Initial public drop in session • Design phase, including Listed Building Consent for 15 properties. • Construction / Installation of measures • Commissioning (including 10% wet testing) • Handover to homeowners
