## Description

This is a further competition using The Procurement Partnership Framework Fleet Rental ref TPPLCSKL03 Lot 4 Car and Light Commercial vehicle long-term and flexible rental\. The Authority proposes to enter into one contract for an initial period of forty-eight \(48\) months with the successful Supplier\. There will be an option to extend for a further maximum period of twenty-four \(24\) months\. The Authority is seeking to procure a service that offers a suitable and flexible fleet vehicle supply solution covering short, medium and long-term requirements\. Our goal is to obtain/maintain a fleet of Nineteen \(19\) wheelchair-accessible vehicles of various sizes and models, and three \(3\) additional vehicles to support Adult Social Care and Children's transport needs including home-to-school transport\. The outcome is to secure a core fleet of vehicles, where drivers are employed to deliver services, with additional vehicles being brought in on the short and medium-term hire options to manage and meet demand whilst providing the best value for money\.
