Tender notice
This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Health, Social and related services. ECC are tendering an overarching framework agreement with two call-off contracts, one using ECC terms and conditions and the other using NHS Terms and conditions. This framework is broken down into 3 lots: Lot 1 - Residential care for older people (65+) commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier ranked List Lot 2 - Nursing care for older people (65+) commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier ranked List

Work description
The IRN framework in place for residential care services opens once a year to allow for new suppliers to join the framework. (This project is being run simultaneously with 0916 IRN Refresh 2021 Existing Suppliers which allows existing suppliers to submit revised pricing once a year.)
