Long Term Maintenance for Halls (2024) - Wessex Lane External Works Package

The University of Southampton is to appoint a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to undertake various Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Works at the University of Southampton's Wessex Lane (Montefiore) Student Halls of Residence Campus, Wessex Lane, Southampton SO18 2NU.

The Works comprise of the following specific elements/areas: - Bin store/enclosure expansion - Montefiore A escape path/steps - Boiler House roof access system - Laundry door replacement - External signage upgrades/alterations - Enabling works in connection with the future installation of new temporary modular buildings
