## Description

PCH are seeking bids from suitably qualified and highly experienced contractors for repairs maintenance and improvement works\. PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the specification document\(s\)\. It is expected that the contract duration will be for up to 6 years including 2 extensions\. The contract will have an estimated total value of up to £ 30M over the term of the contract\. It is expected that we will appoint up to four separate contractors for the above value\.
