HIOW Consultancy to develop a Technical Specification for Digital Interoperability - AWARD

The deliverable of this work is the production of a HIOW system wide Technology Strategy which serves as a core pillar of the Digital Transformation Programme of the STP. Our Information Sharing Approach describes at a high level how the HIOW system will deliver elements of the digital 'offer' in response to needs emerging from the STP. These are broadly reflected as the Local Business Capabilities in the diagram below. The Strategy must address: - o How we achieve our ambition to move to a future generation of information sharing to include new approaches that take us towards true population health management and fit with national and local requirements. o How we can incorporate and transition current data repositories including specifically the Hampshire Health Record (HHR). o How we align all of the digital needs of the STP programmes; o Include an options appraisal of next steps.
