Description

This Further Competition (FC) is being issued by HEART Academies Trust to procure Managed IT Support & Services for two years plus the option to extend by 2 x 12 months periods via the DPS for the provision of goods and services to drive social impact and improvement. HEART Academies Trust is a non-profit making charitable company based in Bedford. The Trust was established to support local schools build upon existing strengths to improve and maintain high educational standards and encourage continuity of education within the local community. The core aim of Trust is to create a family of academies who are at the heart of their community delivering great education and improving life chances for all; we value the dreams and aspirations of everyone in our community. The Trust consists of 4 schools: Bedford Academy, Shortstown Primary, Shackleton Primary, and Cauldwell Primary. The objective of this Contract is to appoint a Managed Service Provider ("the Supplier") that will operate in partnership with HEART Academies Trust ("the Customer") to provide resilient, value for money ICT services that enhance teaching, learning and safeguarding outcomes across the Trust's schools.
