## Description

Assignment under the Market Research MR130001 Agreement Contract\. This qualitative research will explore Self-Assessment customers' understanding and perception of proposals for a new penalty regime for late filing\. In particular it will explore: • Whether customers understand the rules of the proposed penalty models • Whether customers see the models as fair and proportionate • Customers' views on whether the models will support compliant filing behaviour
