NKDC - Sleaford Masterplan (Refresh)

The services which are being procured as part of this Procurement is the review of the 2011 'Sleaford Masterplan', the outcome of the review is to be known as the 'Sleaford Masterplan - Refresh'.

The aim of the Sleaford Masterplan Refresh is to review current provisions in light of COVID-19 and the impact this may have had on the original 2011 Sleaford Masterplan, identify any challenges and focus on the future to move Sleaford forward.

The Council is a grant recipient of European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funding for the "Reopening High Streets Safety Fund (EM28)" project, the Contract shall be delivered utilising this funding ensuring that all the terms of the Funding Agreement are adhered to. The Contract shall commence on 4th January 2022 and expire on 28th March 2022.
