The scheme consists of the new build construction of 31nr Apartments, all of these being affordable tenure. The apartment buildings are designed as an RC Frame. Commencement on-site is currently targeted as 30th June 2021 with completion expected in February 2023. This is subject to the Main Contractors approved Programme of Works.
