The legal services have been consolidated into the following four lots: • Lot 1 - Corporate, Governance, Financial & Securitisation • Lot 2 - Housing Management & Commercial • Lot 3 - Property, Development & Construction • Lot 4 - HR The framework will be for a term of four years. Regenda Limited (Regenda) wishes to establish a Legal Services Framework, open to all subsidiaries of the Regenda Group and to other external Contract Authorities as defined by the contract notice.
