CC5755 Ice Cream Framework

Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is offering opportunities for established mobile Ice Cream vending and Café operators to apply for concessions to operate at a number of designated trading pitches in Tower Hamlets' Parks. All vending platforms must be mobile. For the purposes of simplicity and in the context of this specification, the terms 'van', 'vehicle' and 'vending platform' include all motorised, cycled, pushed or otherwise mobile vending platforms. This procurement is for potential providers to secure a place on this Framework Agreement. Having secured a place on this Framework, providers will be eligible to bid for any concession contract (ie for a fixed pitch within a park) that is tendered through it and which is within the scope of the services they are able to provide.
