Dementia Training for Tier 2 Social Care Workforce - Scoping Project

To commission a provider to undertake a scoping project to come to a conclusion on identifying achievable and financially realistic options for relatively rapid upskilling of the social care workforce in relation to dementia. It will, given the size of this workforce and the way in which it is deployed, allow testing of whether the most likely cost-effective solution is a 'blended' offer - combining a digital training offer with a degree of face-to-face support.
