Description
The Authority is looking for a supplier to lead delivery of a programme of general practice staff and patient insights research and analysis concerning the perceptions and usage of online primary care services. The outputs of the research and analysis should inform messaging, resources and engagement optimised to increase patient awareness, understanding and confidence in the ways of accessing general practice care in the Humber, Coast and Vale ICS project area. The expected outcome of the project should be increased appropriate uptake of online primary care access routes within the project area. Evaluation will need to include pre and post surveys of the engagement period (anticipated to run over 6-8 week period); including operational data. The engagement period (between practices and patients) is anticipated to start no later than the end of September 2021.
