## Description

Arts Council England is seeking a research supplier help better understand the opportunities offered by the growing international network of higher education institutions \(HEIs\)\. We know that a number of universities operate international campuses and we believe that there is a potential for enhanced international partnership and collaboration between the sector and those universities with a presence overseas\.
