## Description

Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for a Consultant to further develop 5 studies and their 'options' to OBC stage, plus an additional high level assessment \(Cluster 3 - Clayton West and Scisset\)\. The appointment shall be commissioned using the NEC Professional Services Contract\.
