## Description

Post Office Limited requires the provision of an annual engagement survey for Staff and Sub-Postmasters with the option of an annual pulse survey for the same audience\. These measure engagement, enablement and analyse the key drivers of the employees or sub-postmasters\. The services required consist of: \(i\) The design, development and production of online survey questionnaires; \(ii\) The production of organisational hierarchies; \(iii\) Analysing the survey response data; \(iv\) Reporting the survey of results; \(v\) Presentation of the survey results; and \(vi\) follow-on action planning\.
