## Description

Gateshead Council is seeking to prepare a revised Exemplar Neighbourhood SPD taking account of the market response to date within the Exemplar Neighbourhood\. The revised document will be a Development Framework, that will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document \(following the same principles of the recently adopted Gateshead Quays Development Framework\), ultimately replacing the existing Exemplar Neighbourhood SPD\. The purpose of this contract is to appoint a Contractor\(s\) to produce this Development Framework for the urban core area of Gateshead, identified as the Exemplar Neighbourhood\.
