The Creation of a Framework Panel for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Support HM Treasury Green Book Business Case Development (and wider funding applications) and Business Case Appraisal Activity.

Lot 1 - the Council are looking for an independent Town Deal business case appraisers.

Lot 2 - the Council is seeking to develop a framework panel of consultants which will help them with bidding activity (largely HM Treasury Green Book level) into a wide range of funding sources over the next 2 years.
