## Description

The Creation of a Framework Panel for the Provision of Consultancy Services to Support HM Treasury Green Book Business Case Development \(and wider funding applications\) and Business Case Appraisal Activity\. Lot 1 - the Council are looking for an independent Town Deal business case appraisers\. Lot 2 - the Council is seeking to develop a framework panel of consultants which will help them with bidding activity \(largely HM Treasury Green Book level\) into a wide range of funding sources over the next 2 years\.
