## Description

The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust \('the Authority'\) wishes to carry out a competition in relation to Works Contract for Standalone and associated building works/services\. The trust would like contractors to price three different options\. The options are as follows; Option 1; Three Theatres \(Twin Maternity and OSU Theatres\) - Twin Maternity Theatres and Associated works \(Theatres 1 & 2\) - OSU Theatre and associated works \(Theatre 3\) Option 2; Twin Maternity Theatres - Twin Maternity Theatres and Associated works \(Theatres 1 & 2\) Option 3; Single Maternity Theatre - A single Maternity Theatre and Associated works \(Theatre 1 only\) Contractors are required to submit a bid for all three options\. Bidders shall refer to drawings, scope of works, & ADB C-Sheets for each option when pricing\. Tenders are invited from contractors specialising in construction of Operating Theatres\.
