## Description

The Council wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision and installation of Audio Visual Equipment in the meeting rooms within the Council’s ‘listed’ Guildhall building in Bath\. This is a goods and optional services Contract\. There are 4 Function rooms at the Guildhall\. These rooms are used for a variety of purposes from meetings, conferences, concerts, lectures, parties and other events\.
