Cashless Parking (Mobile) Solution

Description

The contract is for the provision of a cashless parking payment solution across West Northamptonshire. The service enables motorists to pay for on-street and off-street (non-barrier controlled) parking using mobile applications, web and telephone payment channels. The contract has been awarded following a direct award via ESPO Framework 509_23 (Lot 3 - Cashless Parking Solutions). The contract is awarded for an initial term of two years, with an optional extension of up to a further two years with an estimated value of £130,000. The extension may be exercised at the Council's discretion in accordance with the terms of the ESPO Framework 509_23.
