Description
Wycombe District Council seeks tenders for the design and build of a multi storey building with 58 units for temporary accommodation, with ground floor office space. The scheme will be designed to RIBA stage 3, using a modular system with off site construction. The building is a permanent structure and therefore there is no requirement for a re-deployable building.
