Replacement of Fire Doors at Various Low to Medium Rise Blocks, Phase 17

Description

This project is to tender a contract to undertake the supply and installation of stairwell and corridor door sets and residents entrance door sets at Various Low to Medium Rise Blocks, Phase 17. The proposed works include for the replacement of the existing doors with fire doors that are fully compliant with British Standards and supported by test data and certification from an independent and suitably accredited organisation. This will safeguard the residents by ensuring that, in the event of a fire breaking out within the building, the door sets will delay the spread of fire and smoke for the minimum time as specified within this specification. Locations are as follows: 1 Wallis House HA4 7JA 2 Marlborough Crescent UB3 5FG Length of contract - The works duration will be for a term dependant on agreed programme with works to be potentially staggered across all sites. Additional information: The London Borough of Hillingdon is not seeking expressions of interest in this project as this is an award notice.
