## Description

LiveWest are planning on developing circa 16,000 properties over the next ten years through a range of contract agreements\. This tender will assess multidisciplinary consultants ability to deliver employers agent, clerk of works, principal designer services, for each of our contract types, across four geographical lots: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and West of England\.
