## Description

Medway Development Company on behalf of Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional works contractor to undertake the redevelopment of the former office block, Mountbatten house along with a side extension, car parking and landscaping works\. In total 164 flats will be built as part of this project\. The contract is anticipated to commence September 2024 for a 2 year period
