## Description

The aim of this 12 month project is to embed an Asset Based Community Development \(ABCD\) approach in selected Peterborough communities where greater integration is desirable to leave a sustainable legacy, by engaging at neighbourhood level and directly with individuals\. The term "Assets" refers to the resources, skills, and experience available in a community\. The requirement is for a Provider to work with us in order to utilise community skills and resources and motivate people in those communities to action\.
