Building Retrofit Pilot Scheme

Description

The 'Building Retrofit Pilot' is a reflection of a new approach between central government and the West Midlands Combined Authority to provide devolved funding for grant funded retrofit schemes, determined at a local level. It is intended that the scheme will be targeted towards the oldest and coldest homes, the purpose of the scheme is aimed at retrofitting homes, across tenure, to reduce fuel poverty. This contract is a direct award from the Pretium framework - Greener Futures Partnership, Decarbonisation Deliver Framework - Lot 2 Construction works over £2M.
